I manage the state of NJ for the Preferred Accounts Division segment of Dell. I help to complete the entire solution from basic systems to building an entire infrastructure/network. Through calls and monthly health checks I am able to stay current on all of my clients needs. I work with my team of technical service advisers (TSR's) as well as my outside team in the state of NJ to nurture and grow business relationships. I have a working knowledge of client systems, servers, storage, disaster recovery solutions and backup/DR.
