The construction point person working directly as part of the consultant and owner project team. Responsible for the overall successful construction management of the project and client satisfaction. Primary responsibilities consist of long-range planning and scheduling of construction resources, subcontractor materials, manpower, permits, etc., so that the project superintendent may proceed with the field operations and installations. Also responsible day-to-day for cost control, submittal control, schedule maintenance, document control and overall team communication.NIST Building 3 Design & Renovation, Boulder, COLaboratoryBuilding 3 is a design build project and is being re-purposed to service as the headquarters of the Communications Technology Laboratory (CTL), a newly formed Organizational Unit (OU). The planned size of the re-purposed building is approximately 25,000 usable square feet (usf), corresponding to 41,000 - 43,000 gsf. The new structure will be built primarily on the existing footprint of Building 3. The renovated building will be provided with cast-in-place concrete spread-footing foundations and a cast-in-place concrete slab-on-grade floor, similar to the existing building. The three above grade levels, Levels 1 through 3 and the roof extending up to approximately 55 feet above the existing grades, will be constructed using structural steel framing, composite metal decking, and concrete topping slabs. GSAB, Fort Carson, COMaintenance Hanger154,208 SF General Support Aviation Battalion Maintenance (GSAB) Hangar, admin areas, associated parking aprons (1,000,000 SF), taxiway, and rotary wing parking site work, POV parking, utilities, and work to construct 162,000 SF of asphalt roadway, heating and cooling units, and demolition of an existing aircraft engine test facility (1,024 SF) is included in the scope of the project.

CUP - This project was a complete heavy and light demo of existing structure, relocate and construction utility sources into new service areas within the hopital addition, CUP east and new exit way building, remove, relocate and install utilities with the CUP at grade to meet OSHPD requirements.John Muir Health, Walnut Creek CAAmbulatory Care CenterConstruction of an ambulatory care center and administrative office space in a vacant office building. The building is 150,000 sf with three stories over a below grade parking garage. Work includes remodels of existing space. The sitework is minor including depressed curbs, ramps, patching, seal coating, etc, to correct existing parking and building accessibility deficiencies. The building will house Urgent Care, Lab, Imaging, Standard Physician Clinics, Admin and Support.

The 4 story South Wing Addition accommodates ninety (90) new patient rooms, a new emergency department, as well as additional imaging, treatment, patient waiting and administration spaces. The original hospital main entry was the tie-in point for the new addition. The remodel of 2,985 square feet relocated the lobby, gift shop, patient waiting areas and adjacent offices to accommodate the new layout. Modern equipment and high-end finishes were incorporated for functional, yet aesthetically pleasing and calming patient care areas. Kaiser Antioch Medical Center, Antioch, CAThis new medical center campus is a 637,000 square foot, 150-bed state-of-the-art medical facility. It includes a 340,000 square foot hospital and a 297,000 square foot medical office building. The hospital is structured into two separate four-level nursing towers which are connected by a four-level diagnostic and treatment section of the hospital, of which one level is below grade. In addition to medical-surgical and intensive care unit beds, the hospital has perinatal services, including eight delivery rooms.Kaiser MOB, Stockton, CAMedical Office BuildingThe project consisted of a 78,000 sf, 3 story addition to an existing hospital.
