Team Objective: Develop a virtual reality simulation course for nursing students to identify human-trafficking.My Initiatives: Work with one other developer and two graphic designers to deliver the requested products in a timely manner.My Actions: Built out simulation’s dialogue system and programmed event triggers in response to the dialogue tree and object physics. Participated in biweekly meetings with Orbis staff via Zoom; one sprint and one stand up. Measured team progress in Zoho.Team Result: Successfully deployed the simulation with those specifications requested by the education advisors. Revamp commercial website and redesign aftermarket product website.My Initiatives: Perform software testing on each module of the management application (sales, customer service, marketing) document all errors, and deliver my findings to the head of IT. My Actions: Learned to use the software as each department used their respective modules. Tested software for each department module. Optimized efficiency through designing updates which eliminated extraneous mouse clicks. Redesigned aftermarket product website.Team Result: Eliminated inefficiencies in three department modules. Identified and documented over 500 bugs and inefficiencies and proposed their respective solutions—many of which were implemented by the lead developers. Successfully launched revamped and redesigned both websites.

My Actions: Dedicated hours of research, learning the history of blockchain and its present uses. Chose a topic relevant to present needs in the US. Collaborated with one other intern on the backend and frontend.Team Result: Successfully launched a decentralized application leveraging "SIMBA Chain" technology, on time and on budget.Tools Used: SIMBA Chain smart contract software
