Besides the logo & visuals, there was a focus on culture change and on the customer experience.— Instructional Design & DevelopmentUsing the ADDIE model I took the project from start to finish. Byrider built an in-house custom CRM. I used Storyline 360 to create Scenario-Based Learning and highly interactive simulations that follow a character through the new sales process.Using Articulate Storyline 360 . — Intranet Website using WordPress:I learned to design & develop (solo) the entire intranet (internal website) from the ground up in 2.5 months. Byrider has over 170 Co. Stores & franchise locations nationwide. — LMS (Learning Management System)I implemented our new LMS with my boss and team in 6-weeks. We served content to 3,600+ Learners! We used SAP SuccessFactors.

Harley-Davidson :: Lead Elearning DeveloperHarley-Davidson Motor Company Mar 2009 - May 2010Milwaukee, Wi, UsI worked on several Harley-Davidson projects including an award winning course through Brandon Hall. I worked on these while working full-time at Oxygen Education. This was a great company (50 employees) to work for, but the company went under when the investors pulled the plug. There were 2 rounds of layoffs which occurred about 5 months apart, and everyone lost their job and Oxygen sold off assets and closed the doors. I was a Lead Flash Developer on several eLearning courses and I was the Creative Director for their website and Video Demo Reel. I did not realize that the CEO and VP of Marketing at this time were put in there by the investors to help sell the company.I recently saw my work at a tech event where my first grade daughter was showing tech they use on ipads in the classroom. The work I created was being used by the high-school students with an IVY TECH logo. -

Customers 2. Internal Staff 3. Sales teams. I worked on training for various departments including, Accu-Chek . Our solutions were 2d Illustations that were highly interactive with animations that guided learners on how to properly use these devices. Our solutions were hosted on the Roche website in 2003-2005.
