As Sr. Manager of L&D I reported to the VP of People and managed a team that was focused on organizational development and talent management throughout the employee lifecycle. Additionally, I created the L&D roadmap and annual operating plan for the fiscal year as well as managed the L&D budget. We executed the following programs and initiatives:- Leadership Development Program (for new and experienced leaders) - Leadership Coaching Program (1:1 coaching for all leadership levels) - Partnered with Head of People on creation of L&D strategy and long term vision- Global new employee orientation program (for hybrid and remote employees) - Created and delivered senior leadership offsite (Malwarebytes Connect) for the first in-person, collaborative, training event for the extended leadership team since pre-Covid. - Facilitated rollout and training of company-wide OKR program- Internal Mentorship Program- Legal Compliance Training Initiative- Learning Journeys (curated catalogue of courses/training offerings for employees to progress through as part of growth plans)- Internal Systems & Applications Training - Team Building Workshops - Growth Conversations & Performance Review Training- Hybrid Workforce Training (in our companies move to hybrid/remote work model) - Managing all L&D platforms, systems and LMS systems- Lead facilitator for L&D trainings and workshops- Contract negotiation with vendorsDuring this time we also tracked our L&D programs via surveys and employee feedback review scores. For the past 3 years, our overall L&D score increased at least 1-4% point(s) year-over-year. Currently our L&D rating sits 4 percentage points over in the industry benchmark and one of the highest scoring factors in the employee engagement survey each year.
