- Successfully developed and launched the company’s first non-alcoholic products including Trail Pass NA beer and Hop Splash sparkling hop water
- Delivered over $11MM in growth already in 2024 with success of new items including line extensions, variety packs, and new-to-portfolio brands
- Developed a three-dimensional segmentation including consumer types, need states, and desired product attributes to identify growth opportunities
- Designed a new innovation database tracker and project criticality matrix to help optimize NPD success rate and establish clear, quantifiable priorities
- Implemented a new process for test markets including two successful innovation launches in 2024 that will be moving into national distribution
