Serving as the company's CFO I supported the growth and exit of the business, selling to Venafi. After the sale, I stayed on with the company to support integration with Venafi and further scaling.

Airsorted was one of the fastest-growing short-term rental management companies and operates on a global scale. I joined the founding team at a pre-revenue stage and over 12 months we grew from managing 10 properties to over 1,000.During my time we completed two successful raises led by PiLabs and 500 Startups. I built a proprietary pricing model that was used to generate an optimized nightly rate across all properties to maximize revenues for our clients. I lead company strategy creation for international expansion, launching profitable operations first in Edinburgh, then Dublin.

Allegiant is an emerging low cost carrier airline and travel booking platform. While at Allegiant I managed a team of analysts responsible for operational efficiency projects related to $1B in Operating Expenses. I contributed to the development of a compensation & scheduling software which was used by over 5,000 employees. I left the company shortly after joining to relocate to London with my partner.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is the premier hotel & resort on the Las Vegas strip, regularly generating the highest nightly rate in the city. While there, I was part of the internal finance team which supported the $1B+ sale of the property to Blackstone Group. I was primarily responsible for operational efficiency projects related to a $300M labour expense budget. I lead the roll out of their labour management software which was used by over 300 managers and 5,000 employees.

MGM Resorts is the largest resort group in Las Vegas. My primary responsibilities were to assess the financial impact of and prioritize all projects related to Food & Beverage, Retail Outlets and Entertainment at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino and the Grand Garden Arena.

At Westwood I was responsible for supporting Portfolio Manager activities by investigating potential investments related to the Group's $13B of assets under management. While at the firm, I successfully passed Levels 1 & 2 of the CFA examinations, on the first attempt.
