Operational leadership role where I managed the intake and deployment of technology solutions to solve and streamline internal processes. In this role I was also responsible for strategic consulting and implementation of technology solutions for staff and customers.

Interim Role. Staff and operational leadership role serving as primary overseer of our client Service Desk during a critical staff transition. In this role I was responsible for staffing selection, business process improvement, metrics-based business analysis, and staff development.

This position calls for strong communication and organization as well as the ability to integrate key learning objectives into an interactive and engaging training curriculum. Required skills include both classroom and e-learning planning and facilitation (both technical and soft skill), designing and editing classroom content, mentoring peers, and evaluating training content.

The expectation of a Member Service Representative includes possessing a strong technical understanding of financial service computer systems as well as excellent communication skills to provide excellent service to members. Duties include running transactions, maintaining confidentiality, educating members about products and services, and creatively solving member's problems.

The Chancellor's Leadership Class (CLC) is a highly competitive, undergraduate, leadership development program at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In addition to being a student in the program, I served 20 hours per week in the program's development office. My responsibilities included fund raising, budget management, event planning, and training.

20 hour-per-week internship intended to create exposure to as many aspects of T&D and HR as possible. Excellent culmination of my UCCS education.
