Started at American Structurepoint in May of 2021 as a Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Team Leader in November of 2021. While I am still heavily involved with project management and the overseeing of plan production, my responsibilities as Team Leader include managing the workload of 8 direct reports, time sheet and expense report approval, invoicing clients, general client relations, performance reviews, mentorship of younger staff, revenue projections, proposal/LOI writing, and other business development related tasks. Direct reports are in both the Columbus, Ohio and Cincinnati, Ohio offices.Prior to working at American Structurepoint I was employed at WD Partners (which later became CM Transportation) from June of 2002 through May of 2021. During my 19 years at CM Transportation I was a roadway engineer and project manager and was responsible for all aspects of roadway engineering including geometrics, cost estimating, storm sewer design, culvert design, BMP design, maintenance of traffic, traffic control, highway lighting and many others. Completed the design of over 200 roadway projects for ODOT and many Ohio cities and counties. Projects ranged in size and scope from small bridge replacements to urban interchanges.
