CSY was my first introduction to the work place. This is where I was introduced too the following things: dealing with camera footage, making images on hard drives, building computers as well as changing motherboards and power supplies on faulty computers, fixing printers, scanners, screens on POS kit as well as learning the software used by the company.In addition to this I completed a level 3 Diploma for IT Professionals (Systems and Principles) in my first year at the company.
