As the founder and director of a rural marketing agency, I have extensive experience in business development and management. I identified a gap in the market for rural-focused marketing services in Scotland through thorough research, leading me to start forgan Solutions. By focusing on the unique needs of rural businesses, I built a successful marketing agency.In my role, I was responsible for all aspects of business operations. This included preparing detailed legal documents and contracts, managing our accounts and accounting system to ensure accuracy, and maintaining a good cash flow forecast for end-of-year accounts.With my skills in business management and analysis, I've learned how to develop and run a business effectively, whether as a corporate director, financial officer or operations executive as well as in a business management/administrator role.

As the Administrator at The Workshop, I managed the office, facilitated communication between customers and the team, and handled invoices and bank transactions to keep our accounts in order. I also managed payroll via our accounting. Software, and also updated our online shop, thanks to my background with Shopify.

After a successful work experience, the team at Macintyre Wealth Management Ltd offered me a full-time position as their Digital Marketing Assistant.
