*Serve as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity, providing advanced technical expertise and leadership in managing and mitigating complex security threats and incidents. *Play a critical role in incident response efforts, performing security assessments, and providing strategic guidance to ensure the clients' systems remain secure and resilient.

*Monitor Security logs, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoints, etc. for security alerts.*Triage alerts and conduct analysis to determine if alert is truly malicious.*Thoroughly investigate alerts with various tools and date source, and also multiple OSINT platforms for deeper investigation.*Identify vulnerabilities and configuration issues and resolve or escalate accordingly. *Conduct vulnerability scans and assessments for devices or network as needed.*Assist in mitigating risk and other security issues as they are identified. *Development and delivery of recommendations to mitigate the risk of future incidents for impacted insureds. *Stay informed about current threats and detection methodologies through continuous research and education.

*Provide minor systems administration support such as user ID creation/removal, computer operations duties, and standard system security modifications as approved*Onboard new users, assign proper grouping, deploy OS script agent for devices.*Proactively monitor system performance, alerts and resolve as appropriate*Accurately classify and update the Service Desk knowledgebase (Wiki)
