Hey there! I'm an experienced professional with a problem-solving and engineering mindset. Currently, I'm the Manager of the Post Installation Experience at Solgen Power, where I run a team that optimizes the customer service experience while generating new leads and sales data. My experience spans from logistics at Amazon to Music Production with local Salt Lake artists, providing me with a unique perspective that I apply daily at Solgen. I've been successful in driving a culture of quality and efficiency in my roles so far and I believe in the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience. This has been particularly important at Solgen, where I've developed and grown a department from the ground up. Alongside my full-time role at Solgen, I'm pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at Utah Valley University, intending to combine my practical work experience with formal engineering training.
