About Kyle Cheslock

From the time I was a child in the small farm town of Minster, Ohio, I've been fortunate to be around people who laid a foundation of what it takes to achieve results that remains in me today. This includes putting the collective team over the individual to overcome obstacles in order to achieve a goal. I relish the hard work it takes to hone your skills to compete at a high level, the ability to leverage that hard work into action and the overall journey to success. From those experiences I learned two things about myself that have translated to my business career. The first of those two is my passion for people. Every person I've ever encountered from little league baseball to C-level business meetings has a unique perspective in life that is curated from their own experiences. Through that lens there is a wealth of information I am fortunate enough to have had the privilege of incorporating into my own life. This passion has lead to creative solutions to complex situations in order to solve the problem laid before me in both my personal and professional life. The second of the aforementioned items is my passion for sharing the gifts I've absorbed through those interactions. I believe it's in our collective best interest to share our knowledge with anyone who is willing to listen and I do my best to live this everyday. In doing that, coaching individuals to reach heights they themselves never imagined has been and will continue to be a life long goal of mine. My father is an Ohio Hall of Fame baseball coach, my mother and both of my sisters are successful volleyball coaches so you could say this passion is in my blood! I've been able to leverage those two passions and apply them to not only my own track record of exceeding sales goals but to the teams I am fortunate enough to be a part of building.
