The program encourages participants to explore and understand how we all create happiness for our Guests each and every day.Each year, hundreds of talented Cast Members audition for the opportunity to become a Disney Traditions Assistant, to continue the legacy of Walt Disney, himself. After several rounds of auditions, the 2020 Disney Traditions Assistants Team has been selected, and I made the team!
