Project Manager
Current- Communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants regarding contract scopes, negotiation of change orders, process progress payments, resource management, organization, public.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse work force through organizing, training, and directing work crews on performing construction trades tasks, operating tools, handling construction.
- Solicit, evaluate, and procure qualified contractors by reviewing contracts, reviewing contractor licenses, insurance, and bonds, and leading pre-bid conferences.
- Exercise independent judgement and initiative by procuring resources, assembling project teams, planning deliverables, monitoring internal stakeholder progress, and generating quantitative and qualitative reports.
- Respond to emergency calls from stakeholders, identify keystone issues, find creative solutions for unique and challenging situations, and implement or adjust processes to overcome future project challenges
- Communicate clearly, logically, and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders, City/Bureau staff, and other governmental agencies on determining creative solutions for licensing care facility operators.
