Manage the sales of Frito Lay products for the PacNW Region. Manage over $13MM in sales per year. Develop monthly sales initiatives together with the district teams and operations warehouse. Act as key player in building and maintaining customer relationships by providing specific info that optimizes sales for corporate store personnel. • Responsible for a territory in the South Seattle area with an annual sales goal of $13MM• Build and maintain customer relationships with 350 accounts• Manage/lead a sales team of 16 full-time • Weekly customer sales calls include sales presentations, business reviews, category insights, sales solutions and customer support• Work with Zone Sales Leader closely to establish goals and track performance with weekly sales plan• Work cross-functionally with sales operations on product planning and ordering• Local military recruiting initiatives and events• Mentor and Certified Trainer for newly hired managers
