Kyle operates neighborhood-integrated senior living communities that combines attentive care, maintaining connections, and physical activities. He is one of the few people of Generation Y who has lost both parents, the most recent his father Bob to late-stage vascular dementia in 2014 after several years of caregiving and arranging care with his younger sister Eri. His father's gift to Kyle was the passion for bringing the zest for life to people in their later years and also empathy for those undergoing the journey. Kyle was a licensed CPA and has a MBA from UC Berkeley (Haas). He also serves on the board of a not-for-profit senior center (Kimochi) since 2011.Before starting Vista Living and A&A, Kyle spent 3 years in real estate private equity and 6 years in real estate development, investing nearly $10 billion in over 40 projects. Kyle has expertise in mixed use, multifamily and senior housing development and operations, and provides consulting services for investors and developers.Kyle recently founded MemoryVideo.com, an online service to record people's life stories using Zoom. He believes the real estate in people's minds (their memories) is underserved.
