Lead Packaging Engineer for Drinkworks. I was tasked with creating innovative packaging that delivers surprise and delight moments to consumers. Responsibilities include managing suppliers and design, testing, costing, production, and implementation of NPD.Major projects include:-Identified, tested, and led transition from pallet to floor loaded containers. This reduced logistics costs 20-40%.-Lead engineer on automation project; I commissioned new supplier, machinery, and packaging designs for automated packaging (secondary and tertiary).
