Current manager of Training Design, acting as the focal point for training media related requests across the NATS business, looking at improvement, adoption and utilisation of media solutions with quality development.The role involves the line management of a specialist 5 member Training Design team with key responsibilities; order book management, process.

I currently work for NATS, designing and developing Training materials in order to improve courses; both currently employed and newly created. I have predominantly developed E Learning content with Adobe Captivate and Adobe Flash. My role involves me in the research, development and implementation of new technologies across learning and business. I have.

• I worked on the Early Training Transformation Agreement (ETTA) with Raytheon Systems Limited, designing improved training courses to the armed services. My role involved both training design, and change management. I.
• Involved in consultation with Tri-Service Subject Matter Experts to assess training needs.
• Conducted a Training Needs Analysis of the work of job holders in conjunction with the Architect™ process.
• Experience in interfacing, negotiating and presenting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience conducting data gathering exercises, allowing the customer to express their views, concerns and issues regarding training courses in their area.
• Systematic training design and development experience, adhering to the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process.
