The Orr Fellowship is a 2-year entrepreneurial leadership program whose purpose is to develop the next generation of Indiana business leaders and entrepreneurs. Each year, new fellows are selected from hundreds of candidates and paired with high-growth companies around the state. Each company provides its fellow with full-time employment, executive mentorship, and other valuable networking opportunities. Outside of work, the Orr Fellowship holds Business Leader Meetings, social opportunities, and networking retreats.

HealthPro was acquired by OurHealth in May 2016.HealthPro connects patients to providers in a dynamic healthcare marketplace using a personalized referral process and accurate, provider-driven information about cost, convenience, and availability.At HealthPro, I created and maintained our back-end, Salesforce-based patient management system and successfully migrated our referral coordinator team over to the new platform. Our team used this system to track and resolve thousands of health care referrals across our client base.

OurHealth is an on-site and near-site, employer-sponsored primary clinic provider focused on improving healthcare outcomes and reducing healthcare costs.I assisted the VP of Innovation in evaluating potential opportunities to broaden OurHealth's product offering, provide additional value to our clients, and improve the business' operational efficiency.
