Two and a half years of experience at Target has lent to my growth in leadership, guest service and operations. I fostered a guest first team culture. I modeled and trained behavior that my team was swift to adopt. I entered with the mindset that I’d serve as a change agent for the organization. I asked my team to build on our progress one day at a time and they certainly delivered. Develop a collaborative closing team, unified and cross-trained across all store departments. Lead team and close skill gaps through coaching and team member interactions. Onboarded seven new direct reports and dozens of other team members across various store departments.Instituted the closing routine.
