Lead a team of designers who strategically design and plan laundries for various markets, including vended applications, on-premise solutions and multi-housing scenarios. Develop and implement new processes, programs and strategies through collaboration with our Sales, Technical Service and Marketing teams to further enhance department offerings towards the end goal of better helping our sales and distribution network sell equipment. Other tasks include:• Handle scheduling of projects and maintenance work to be completed. • Handle department operation costs and outward billing. • Give presentations to both internal and external audiences.• Design of internal and special focus projects.• Assist with any overload work during busy times to ensure deadlines are met.

Design work includes spacial planning of laundry area, technical drawings (with many elevation views, utility specifications and mechanical necessities), as well as 3-dimensional, photo realistic renderings utilizing AutoDesk software applications.
