I take the big picture and turn it into reality. Through my experiences, I have learned to take a detail-oriented approach to problem solving while helping team members and providing clients with quality service and a consumer-minded product. People are at the heart of everything I do. Having started in the hospitality and service industry, I was immersed in curating and catering amazing experiences for guests. Anticipating their needs and finding solutions has always been a strong suit of mine. Through sweat-equity, I became more organized in managing my time. With this experience, I also grew as a leader and collaborator by wearing many different hats to help the team succeed.In the technology industry, I developed my business acumen and technical abilities. I gained experience in operations and product management, including marketing, sales, logistics, systems development, and design. Our team successfully launched an app and ran beta tests which was the proving ground for my understanding of organizing and measuring KPIs.I enjoy working with and learning from dedicated, hard-working professionals and colleagues to create and ensure opportunities for a successful organization/company. I contribute to this environment by creating connectivity within the Team. I proudly started and executed an employee resource group as well as expanded a company community outreach program to remote offices. Full-circle, these opportunities motivate me to constantly challenge myself and expand my skill-set.
