Kyle Platt is a Director and Senior Program Manager for Wealth Management at MUFG Union Bank. He is responsible for development, tracking, and communication of the Bank’s wealth management and institutional asset management business, including The Private Bank (comprised of Private Wealth Management, Wealth Planning, Investment Management & Trust, and Risk Management), along with the Bank’s two investment subsidiaries (UnionBanc Investment Services® and HighMark® Capital Management, Inc.).In his role, Kyle helps identify key performance trends and their potential impact to the line of business’ strategic goals, and presents his analysis to executive management. He provides consultative guidance to the business, and prepares presentations for key stakeholders and executives related to performance, risk, audits and business reviews. He leads various initiatives for high-profile, critical line projects such as customer migration and portfolio segmentation.Prior to joining Wealth Management, Kyle held various senior level roles within finance. His responsibilities included acting as the primary financial and strategic support partner for small business, business banking, SBA, home equity, held for sale and portfolio mortgage products. During his time in finance, Kyle developed complex business cases for relaunching small business, PPP operational and financial planning, Heloc expansion, HFS mortgage expansion, SBA 7a expansion and other key initiatives as assigned by executives and CFO.
