Hey there I'm Kyle! I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at Cal State Long Beach. I've had a diverse range of experiences in both leadership positions and team-oriented roles. Within my CyberPatriot Mentor position, I have delivered captivating and comprehensive cybersecurity lessons for diverse audiences, ranging from elementary to high school students. I've focused on collaborating with my fellow mentors to develop a curriculum that emphasizes an understanding of security fundamentals on Linux and Windows systems. I've also provided insight and feedback on maintaining engagement and effective presentation techniques throughout our weekly meetings.In my freelance work as a photographer and videographer, I've grown both creatively and technically. Through the use of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, I've enhanced colors, lighting, and facial features in both photos and videos. I've enjoyed close collaboration with both clients and other photographers. It's always been a pleasure coming up with unique ideas for photoshoots together.In my position as the Club President for the cybersecurity team and Team Captain for the underwater robotics team from August 2016 to May 2022, I exhibited strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Leading a team of five members, we consistently secured a semi-finalist position in CyberPatriot's National Competition. Through these groups, I've established valuable relationships with community organizations and academic institutions securing funding, resources, and support for our team's success.I've always been a passionate and dedicated individual.
