My formal education has been focused on comprehensively understanding the operational processes of small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and public entities with an emphasis on how digital and disruptive innovation impacts these processes. My goal is to keep myself, my affiliated organizations, and my clients ahead of the curve in these fast-paced times we live and work in.
