Find creative ways to mount or hide coils, wiring, ECU’s, fluid tanks, speakers, bolts, and other components to create a fluid and professional design. Key Achievements:• Played an integral role in the restoration of a 1972 246 GTS Dino which sold in 2015 for $510,000.• Attended SEMA show to expand knowledge on vehicles, equipment and aftermarket components.

    Responsible for new product development, involving digitally scanning vehicles to obtain a virtual wireframe of space constraints, then using scan data to locate flanges, collectors, and other necessary connection points in Rhino software. Designing custom headers and/or complete exhaust system in TeZetCAD, and then sending data to CNC Bender. Assemble headers or exhaust to custom fit vehicle with these components becoming a perfect part. Scan the perfect part to design a fixture if the component is going into production or if the component is a one-off piece, will weld, finish, and install parts or provide for customer pick up. Digitally draw the fixture using Rhino and send fixture pieces to a local laser cutter via e-mail. Assemble and tack together fixture pieces, then double check fitment with the perfect part. Send finished fixture to production for component manufacturing to begin. Install off-the-shelf Kook’s products on customer’s vehicles as well.Key Achievements:• Successfully designed and implemented ten component fixtures currently in production.• Executed multiple one-off header and custom exhaust jobs.• Completed week long Solid Edge ST5 Fundamentals training.• Played an integral role in development of the 1000+ hp capable, completely bolt-on Armageddon Mustang Turbo Kit from concept to full production.
