I am currently working in one of the largest data center facilities in the world, providing remote hands service to hundreds of customers with diverse needs. Our team supports every aspect of our data driven customers' technology needs including new equipment installs and routine maintenance, as well as urgent troubleshooting. Being part of a 24/7 Critical Operations team that supports clients of all sizes (from only a few devices, up to hundreds of thousands of square feet of data center floor space) requires effective communication and record keeping, time and resource management, and critical problem solving.

I helped to build a small, family owned business into a major agritourism destination in north Georgia. Responsibilities include construction and maintenance of permanent and semi-permanent structures, managing the flow of large amounts of visitors and vehicles efficiently, with an emphasis on safety, provide outstanding customer service to all visitors, and supervision of seasonal workers.

This was a six month internship that allowed me to be a part of a Fortune 100 Company where I worked on a multi-functional team that ensured clean and stocked stores. While ensuring guest safety and seeking out guest interaction, I partnered with multiple departments to ensure quality of guest experience while utilizing my ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a high volume area.
