Develop N-tier productivity solutions across multiple platforms for the desktop services organization. Technologies utilized: C++, C#, HTML, Java, ISAPI, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, WIN32, LDAP and COM.Primary focus is to develop self service applications that ultimately reduce ticket volume for the central help desk.Projects include: Internal password synchronization/reset system which reduced help desk costs by over 500k per year.Share management system: Provides one stop shopping for all Windows file share requests. The system provides workflow that allows users to request share access and receive it upon approval by the owner. Owners of shares can fully manage the membership level of all users of their share. This system allowed for the elimination of 2 FTE's.Developed a set of TI standard Visual Studio 2005 project and item templates that are used as the basis for all ASP.NET websites developed for the TI intranet.Elected to the TI technical ladder in 2002.

Responsible for the construction and provision of monitoring solutions across all platforms.Products provisioned: BMC Patrol; CA-OPS/MVS; CA-Automation Point; Alarm Point.Constructed an event management system designed to work seamlessly with all platforms and monitoring products. System was constructed using C++, Windows MFC, and TCP/IP sockets. Project required code development for IBM mainframes, Windows, and multiple flavors of UNIX. 10 years later the system still serves as the primary event console in the TI international datacenter.

Performed WIN32 software development projects using C++ on a number of Sabre proucts including the Sabre emulater, GPP, and TravelVouchers.

Responsible for the construction of mainframe automation systems using CA-OPS/MVS in the REXX programming language.Created batch job analysis expert systems using TSO/ISPF and REXX which provides immediate diagnosis of production job status.Created a TSO/ISPF based MVS command processor that provided a central facility to execute mainframe system commands to any MVS image at any datacenter and kept all command history. This application is still in use today by command center staff.

Responsible for all phases of datacenter monitoring, problem management, and intermediate technical problem resolution. Requires extensive knowledge of mainframe system commands and JCL.
