At the Vascular Institute of Michigan I became a versatile administrator. I was tasked with aiding each department when necessary and given the lead on individual projects. Projects I took control over included a marketing campaign to reach out to previous patients who were seen by the resident physicians. This involved an active campaign that took many weeks and included fostering relationships with hundreds of patients. I was also tasked with designing a revenue tracking program to better predict business forecast and methods for improvement. Furthermore I aided in the JCAHO accreditation process which is viewed as a seal of excellence for any healthcare facility which abides by these standards.
