My work is fundamentally about helping the executive team make shrewd decisions and helping our company achieve desired returns and cash flow targets. I emphasize value-engineering, whether through improving revenues, increasing occupancy rates, reducing expenses, or lowering the cost of capital in order to maximize net worth.I am the Asset Manager and Financial Analyst over a diverse portfolio of commercial properties including industrial, retail, and office; a globally diversified portfolio of Private Equity holdings, international and domestic real estate funds, medical device companies, SE Asia Consumer Products, Venture Capital Follow-On Rounds, and publicly traded equities; Hospitality assets; and Multi-Family holdings.I oversee our investment due diligence, pro-formas from inception to presentation to incorporation, acquisition and disposition modeling, deal and lease economics modeling, return projections, value analysis, project feasibility studies, risk and sensitivity analysis, cash flow yield analysis, break-even analysis, data and financial modeling, ratio analysis, financial statement analysis, the tracking and monitoring of all in-house construction budgets, market research studies, competitor tracking, and market analysis.In addition, I assist with the strategic deployment of our capital, estate planning, and financial analysis to help our leasing and development teams close more deals, ensure more business openings, and doing so with lower risk and a higher reward per dollar invested.I treat cash flow like it was my own. "If this came out of my own paycheck, how would I handle this opportunity, investment, or expense?" By putting together and presenting well-thought analysis across a variety of business subject matter, I can help our team reach and exceed business and financial goals in a faster time than would otherwise be permissible.
