The Chief Greek Village House Manager is a High Point University student with responsibility for the development of a community atmosphere. The CGVHM helps the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life manage the living area for the student staff, residents, and facility itself. The CGVHM will serve as leaders on campus, within a residence hall/area, and among the Greek Village House Manager staff. The CGVHM is an integral part of the Fraternity and Sorority Life team as the position serves their specific community and the entire campus through response to crisis incidents while serving as a liaison between the Office if Fraternity and Sorority Life and the Office of Residence Life.

- Conduct mediation between Residents to resolve conflict and maintain respect between parties- Plan and facilitate events that help cultivate community among 25 co-ed upperclassmen - Utilize time management skills to balance job responsibilities and a full course load

-Monitor all funds of the senior class-Keep official records of all receipts and expenditures-Submit any bills to the Student Senate-Complete all After Action Reports and file requisition forms when needed-Propose a budget during Budget Defenses-Vote on bills and resolutions within the Student Senate

- Assisted in the docking and undocking of boats, ensuring safety protocols are followed- Lead construction on the dock with coworkers - Collaborated with fellow deck hands and marina staff to facilitate smooth operations.

- Directed peers when completing task- Represented company both in the concession stand and on the dock- Managed inventory for onsite store, and for all marina and concession stand suppliesThe Fuel Dock/Marina Attendant provides retail service to customers at the marina fuel dock and handles the day-to-day dock store responsibilities. Provides immediate assistance to customers arriving at the fuel dock with re-fueling boats and fuel cans. Provides absorbent materials, as necessary. Confirms fuel type requested. Responsible for accurate register transactions for cash and credit sales. Understand and adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations regarding spillage, clean up, fuel transport, etc.Provides immediate assistance with docking/securing customer boats arriving for re-fueling at the fuel dock. Ensures proper care and safety to customers and property while securing and releasing dock lines and otherwise assisting customer's arrival/departure from the fuel dock.Provide customer service and assistance for fuel dock and dock store purchases, including handling cash, credit and internal account processing.Regularly monitors fuel levels for gas and diesel supply tanks to ensure continuous supply. Keeps manager informed of fuel supply for re-order.Stocks and maintains dock store inventory, including consumables. Keeps displays neat and organized.Performs regular general clean-up/maintenance of fuel dock: fuel hoses properly stored and ready for use, dock clear of debris and unnecessary items and equipment, trash emptied on a regular basis, and trash disposed of in accordance with environmental and OSHA regulationsAccurately performs store opening and closing procedures.Ensures daily fuel dock safely checks are performed at the beginning of the day prior to opening.Performs daily removal of seaweed and other debris from the harbor water as needed.
