My primary role at DD&F as a Senior Consultant is to assist our clients with the delivery of standard bank regulatory and M&A products. This includes performing work on State and Federal regulatory applications & notifications, preparing bank budgets and pro formas in Microsoft Excel financial models and researching and compiling marketing data required for completion of regulatory and M&A products. I also handle general project management from deal announcement through consummation and serve as liaison between financial institutions and industry regulators.
