I have been focused on our interaction model, how different departments and clients interact via email and other internal communication tools, to optimize the workflow of inquiries. Reporting has been key in this, allowing me to design custom reports from back end data pulls for senior managers and clients alike, informing next steps around adoption or automation changes to enhance levels of service.

Initially working in a Program Management office I was exposed to numerous different projects and their financials, from intake and approval, requests for additional funding and management of consultant hours through the continuation of projects. I worked closely with the roll out of a project management tool and the bettering of efficiency for in place inquiry tools, including client implementation. From there I designed the derivatives three year strategy in conjunction with a team of external consultants.

Provide global trade analysis and processing solutions to leading institutional investment and asset management clients by analyzing transactions, booking custody and providing security and authentication services for high risk transactions while working with brokers and clearing corporations to ensure accurate settlement of our client's financial products.Research and problem solve procedural and systematic errors within individual input errors day to day work.Teach newly hired trainees or those learning new tasks the systems and procedures set in place for timely and efficient settlements of transactions

Constantly increasing regulatory needs and requirements force revisions to the current process of screening Transactions and Entities against established trade sanctions and anti-money laundering tactics, used for terrorist financing. Within the development and implementation of these projects comes a variety of documents and tasks. From developing Requirements and Use Case documents to outlining Process flows and State Diagrams, communication and collaboration with different Business Units is crucial.

As a Sales Representative I am responsible for the coordination, marketing and execution of smoothly run Collegiate Ski and Snowboard trips to a variety of resorts throughout New England and into areas of Canada. From logistics of transportation, lodging, and lift ticket distribution, the position required attentiveness as I remained on call for the duration of trips lasting up to a week.

By creating and running programs as well as individual interactions, being an RA allows me to build connections with residents to encourage a good transition for first years to become more involved with their new community at UMass. Between balancing the budget to providing refferral references to individuals, this opportunity has given me a chance to practice much of my leadership skills and time management skills.
