With over 10 years of experience in real estate finance, development, accounting and asset management, I am a VP in the Investment Management Group at RXR, a private real estate company focused on the New York City and tri-state area markets with recent national expansion. I have a CPA certification (inactive) and a Big Four accounting background, which enable me to oversee the financial performance, capital structure, and reporting of RXR's portfolio of assets. I also work with the development team to evaluate, underwrite, and execute new projects, as well as manage the existing assets and optimize their value. I have strong skills in financing, accounting, and analysis, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market and trends.
