Working as part of the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) practice within Esri UK’s Professional Services team and delivering GIS projects to utilities organisations.My role as project manager includes the delivery of a diverse range of engagements including, design projects, implementation projects, packaged services, managed services, technical support agreements, GIS upgrade projects, and any other variation of deliverable at the request of our customers.The projects can range from small to large in size and complexity and are delivered across traditional waterfall and agile methodologies.In my role as project manager, I work closely with Customer Success Managers and Solution Architects in drafting proposals for opportunities, estimating effort, profiling resource requirements, and engaging with prospective and existing customers to win new work.I contribute towards the improvement of processes, actively propose potential solutions to current challenges, and I am fully engaged in the Professional Services and project management community.My responsibilities as Project Manager cross the full spectrum of governance, management, financial reporting, planning, scheduling, resourcing, stakeholder management, risk & issue management, and progress reporting.
