I invest in real estate and have built a team for wholesaling. My current portfolio has five doors and growing rapidly. I'll add a minimum of five more properties in 2023.

I was previously a member in the Architecture and Engineering division at Ryan Companies. While at Ryan, I managed several projects simultaneously. These projects ranged in scale from $5-50 million. I worked on projects as part of a team, and as an individual project manager. Each of my projects received great "Raving Fan" survey scores from both our clients and internal team members. Aside from my daily responsibilities, I have enjoyed making a positive impact on our corporate initiatives of integration and excellence. Two examples of this include:• Creating and managing the "Ry-In Shape" Health and Fitness Competition. This six week competition had over 150 participants and received a satisfaction rating of over 85%. The greatest achievement was seeing new business relationships form through the multi-disciplinary teams that were formed. • Designing and facilitating a Toastmasters themed "Presentation Practice". With four main goals from the outset, the program had over an 87% success rate and was implemented on a national level throughout the company.

Assist clients with property sales and purchases:• Interview clients to assess individual needs and recommend desirable properties • Host open houses for new construction and educate clients on the construction process• Analyze market trends to advise clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages• Consult with sellers on ways to make their house marketable to prospective buyers• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat clients and referrals

Manage and oversee the operations of an office that provides Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for our 10 offices nationally. We work together to collaborate with general contractors and subcontractors to coordinate accurate BIM to be used during construction:• Lead a team of individuals to successfully provide BIM services on 10-15 projects simultaneously• Onboard new team members and train them on programs like Revit, Bluebeam, and Trimble Total Station• Create construction drawing sets in Revit for our field teams to execute during construction• Create 3-Dimensional models in Revit to accurately depict the interior and exterior of the buildings that we construct• Identify and resolve potential conflicts and communicate impacts to our field team • Project types include multi-family housing, medical, high-end retail, and corporate headquarters for Facebook, Apple and Amazon.

Supported various projects including multi and single family, commercial, and government:• Collaborated with a team through entire design process on projects ranging from $1-20 million• Managed design process for various commercial projects ranging from $1-3 million• Produced and presented renderings and videos to clients, which helped convey design intent• Improved efficiency by building family components in Revit for use on future projects

Designed and drafted various projects:• Led design drawings for 30 Miracle Ear stores resulting in one fifth of the company’s monthly income• Collaborated with a small team to design projects ranging from $1-5 million• Developed construction documents in Revit for over eight projects of various scales• Oversaw and administered the construction process on various projects • Photographed and edited projects in Photoshop to enhance the company’s portfolio
