Served as head of Marketing for Chicago Fire FC and the club's in-house agency, Second Star Creative (a first of its kind in MLS). The integrated marketing team of 25 oversaw advertising, brand and design, content and social media, eSports, events, matchday experience, operations, corporate partnership sales, corporate partnership marketing, social media, supporter relations, and video production.Served as the architect, creative director, and project manager for the club's 2021 rebrand - "A Crest For All Chicago" - which was designed by soccer identity expert Matt Wolff. The project was honored with two Hashtag Sports Awards (winning for "Best Use of Fan-generated Content") and three Shorty Awards alongside the likes of MGM Studios, Meta (Facebook), Twitch, Chipotle, Hulu, and McDonald's. From 2018 to 2021, the club saw significant growth on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter):• 942% increase in video views (yes, you read that correctly) • 92% increase in total impressions • 24% increase in total engagements• Also of note, impressions on social for the club's front of jersey partner, Motorola, increased by 52% to 36 million from 2018 to 2020
