Kyle is a partner of Hopwood & Singhal PLLC. Kyle's practice includes appellate litigation (civil and criminal), sentencing mitigation, relief under the First Step Act, and clemency. Kyle is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia (DC courts and and U.S. District Court), in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 10th, D.C., and Federal Circuits, and in various other federal courts. Kyle earned his law degree from the George Washington University Law School with highest honors and subsequently clerked for two judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit prior to entering private practice.Kyle also teaches law school courses, bar exam support courses, and standardized test preparation, and is the author of an LSAT study guide. Kyle has tutored and mentored more than 1,200 students individually, plus hundreds more in classroom settings. Kyle oversees a network of tutors who provide highly individualized one-on-one tutoring, and Kyle personally works with a small handful of bar exam and LSAT candidates at a time, as his schedule allows.
