As a subcontractor to the Department of Homeland Security, I worked with a team of six to provide long range radar expertise to the Office of Air and Marine. Duties included:- Providing and analyzing test plans for a first-ever evaluation of in-fill radar- Radar data reduction and statistical analysis using sophisticated radar modeling tools- Use of extensive diagnostic equipment and LabView to measure a variety of radar signals and troubleshoot poorly performing radar systems- Analyzing industry trends to predict future radar needs relative to the mission of DHS- Direct management of radar data quality for seven Tethered Aerostat Radar Systems (TARS)- Providing advanced radar forensics analysis training to the Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC)

- Enforced operational compliance for $923M/year fighter aircraft program.- Provided technical management and logistics support of the ACES 2 ejection seat- Engineering manager of aircraft mounted explosive devices.
