From 2008-2010, Volo partnered with an institutional investor to develop a network of FBO's. Worked with M&A team on potential purchase identification, financial feasibility studies, purchase and sale contracts, and post-transaction integration with Volo branding and standards. Oversaw operations for a nationwide network of 5 FBO’s that included 100 employees in 4 states. Successfully grew market share at each location against larger competitors.
