Facilities Scheduling

• Manage the Office of Facilities Scheduling and our staff made up of two FTE’s and 25 student employees.• User-administrator of our scheduling software, Resource 25 and 25 Live. • Create and run utilization reports along with scheduling our nearly 300 spaces.• Lead and assist in project management duties in regards to technology planning, training, procurement, and implementation inside the Memorial Student Center.• Plan and assist in planning events and conferences on Marshall University's main campus.• Assist with managing contracts with the university’s contracted service providers for food service, vending, and banking.

• Act as the manager of the Memorial Student Center and as a person of contact during evening andweekend hours.• Facilitate a welcoming environment for faculty, staff, students, and community leaders during theplanning and execution of their events in the Memorial Student Center.• Design and implement room layouts according to our customer’s varied needs.• Provide audio/visual assistance before and during events including limited IT support.• Supervise and train student employees.

Information Services

• Assisted the Ambulatory EHR Team in technical aspects of implementing an EHR at a new clinic.• Worked closely with the EHR Specialist in modifying templates, reports, and users in the EHR. • Researched and assisted in various areas including MU attestation, report generating, SQL programming, creating accounts in the providers table, etc.• Learned about the many steps in EHR implementation and changing of EHR's.

• I was charged with making an automated scheduling solution to better estimate the amount of time to roll plate in the Primary Mill under the general supervision of the Area Manager.• Being detail oriented and using my excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I was able to break down institutional inertia and complete this difficult task by explaining the need, gathering necessary information, and then utilizing that information to assist in my end goal.• Liaised with a wide scope of employees spanning many different duties in order to find all of the relevant alloy types, times, and processes involved. • Utilized Oracle, Access, Excel and Web Reports during my tenure.

• Helped customers find books, CDs, or DVDs throughout the store, special ordering titles if they werenot in stock, and operating the point of sale in the store.• Contacted music vendors on a weekly basis to order new titles or fill back stock of previously releaseditems.
