Along with fellow Redline Brass members, I'm teaching two sections of classes introducing the philosophy and practice of Teaching Artistry at Longy. Our goal is to help our students communicate the beauty and relevance of their art to any audience. Through open class discussion, readings of Eric Booth's incredible book, and hands on practice we'll prepare our students to present concerts in a way that invites audiences into our world and creates personally relevant connections.

The Boston Phil teams up with Boston schools to bring music into the classroom.
