As a Manager at Auto Bell car wash, I hold many responsibilities. These include forecasting, customer relations, and managing the daily revenue. When I became a manager at Auto Bell Car Wash, the management team was given a goal to keep labor costs below twenty-eight percent. After my first full month of management, my labor costs were below twenty-five percent.Training and customer relations are two of the most important responsibilities of an Assistant Manager in the Autobell company. I have successfully trained eight new employees over the course of the last year who have either become Crew Leaders or Assistant Managers at other stores in the Raleigh-Durham area. Vehicle damage claims make up a small but avoidable cost within Autobell's finances. Under my shifts, vehicle damage claims saw a decrease due to the enforcement of company wide procedures.

Wake Forest

I worked many different positions such as cashier and dining room attendant where I was able to learn not only how to communicate with fellow crew members but also have a fair share of customer interaction. I eventually worked my way up to the position of a trainer where I was given the task of teaching new crew members the in's and out's of company policies as well as how to become better communicators with customers, hopefully ensuring a quality visit and many more visits to follow.As the store became more and more relevant in the Wake Forest area, local business and fundraisers came to the restaurant for their catering needs, which lead our operating director to put together a catering team. I had lived in Wake Forest for years, knew the area, and knew the people. The operator added me to the catering team where we hosted the annual St. Baldricks fundraiser as well as fundraisers for the local Heritage Elementary School.
