As a property manager, I managed a $20,000 monthly budget and oversaw and assisted with construction projects, repairs, and major renovations. I implemented processes to expedite the tenant onboarding process and automate financial indicators. I also coordinated with the on-site handyman and worked to address tenant issues promptly.

As an accounting associate, I assisted with auditing fieldwork at client offices on-site. I recalculated inventory values to ensure that the inventory movement matches the given final counts. I also performed test of controls and substantive testing on sales, collection, disbursements, and amortization. At client warehouses, I compared physical inventory counts with known amounts to assess and determine sources of discrepancies.

As a robotics intern, I worked to develop a universal machine tending solution that was easy to set up for any given application. I used RoboDK simulations to check the joint configurations for each end effector position in a given operation to ensure clearance and distances were acceptable. I developed original Python code to reduce the setup time required for new configurations and modified a metric robot base to accommodate more readily available hardware in machine shops. I tested the load-bearing capacity of threaded inserts in a new material, conducted speed tests to ensure operation cycle time was within the customers' demands, and installed and programmed tailored robotic solutions at clients' machine shops on-site.

As a design intern, I developed original models of airport furniture based on architectural drawings. These designs and drawings were production-ready and involved wood, stone, and locking mechanisms. I generated BOMs for each fixture for easier inventory tracking and procurement and generated optimal tool paths to reduce machine downtime. I also reduced the turnaround time by optimizing laminate orientation and reduced waste by optimizing part layout.

As a product engineer, I worked to design a safer mechanism for a paintball grenade. The new system required selecting materials and processes to achieve optimal seals while ensuring reliability and reducing environmental impact. I conducted tests and established criteria for assessing these characteristics. I also designed and rapidly prototyped a mechanism for resetting the system and a linkage with multiple configurations. I developed test setups to evaluate 3D printed material strength and gas cartridge performance.
