An innovative product development and operations executive, with multiple roles spanning global supply chain initiatives with a strong concentration in Asia. My expertise includes product design, intellectual property, supplier partnerships, procurement, sustainable sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and planning. For close to three decades, I've led product portfolio management and fulfillment as President and Managing Partner of OMCO SUMO, one of the first within the power transmission industry to focus on sustainable sourcing and ESG for specialty bearings, engineered chain, architectural casters, and motion-related components. I was an architect and leader of OMCO SUMO’s transition from a fully US manufacturer of custom ball bearings, to a global provider of sustainable design, manufacturing, and sourcing solutions for some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated customers including Google, Microsoft, Lockheed-Martin, Daifuku, Middleby, La-Z-Boy and Harley-Davidson. As our chief evangelist, I'm passionate about helping customers achieve sustainable sourcing and ESG goals, focusing on both the integrity of product performance and the corresponding influence on human rights, the environment, and fair business practices. I lead the team responsible for OMCO’s proprietary ESG ratings covering an extensive and expanding network of manufacturers throughout Asia. Our goal is to support our customers with transparent values-driven business practices that help achieve sustainability of the triple bottom line: people, profit, and planet.
