Served as the dedicated DAS representative for teaming with Jurisdictions, Subcontractors, Carriers, Network Providers, and Integration Vendors including self-perform integration. Guided large TI-space and new CMU block construction projects for the DAS center buildouts. Managed daytime / nighttime shifts for field coordinating for over 150 NSB and 500 LTE carrier projects. Performed site acquisition, zoning, and engineering reviews to streamline construction drawings and permits by improved cycle times and communication between departments. Determined overall project scope of work while promoting safety, schedule, cost analysis, scoping material take offs, and managing of subcontractor contracts and performance matrixes.
