I've partnered with a close business associate of mine in order to invest in real estate throughout the Treasure Valley by purchasing homes, completing any necessary repairs and then reselling them for profits. Our real estate focus is on short sales, foreclosures, bank owned properties and auctions since these properties are selling well below their true value. A lot of communication is required in each investment property. From the start I have a lot of responsibility beginning with numerous negotiations to purchase quality properties at a smart price; then in the middle where I budget out all necessary repairs which are completed by my construction contractors; to the end where I market the renovated properties and find buyers who will pay the right price.It's been a great experience where we have made countless successful investments however as the current residential real estate opportunities continue to minimize, the real attractive business deals continue to become harder to find!!
