BlockEra is a blockchain development company. As the business co-founder, I source and lead the development of blockchain applications and blockchain strategies for enterprises, banks, and various blockchain startups.

My main focus at RaceNote was developing management processes and metrics to multiply output and control costs of our Labor Cloud of 80+ analysts. I built RaceNote's Labor Cloud from the ground up into a fully-remote workforce across the globe with less than 5% turnover in workforce year over year.My second focus was developing product and market strategies. I built the stories behind new product and market launches and executed on them with internal stakeholders.My final focus was to continuously learn about motorsports race strategy and technology. NASCAR, INDYCAR, and F1 are technological sports driven by engineering where winning and losing is everything. Our ability as a company to recognize gaps in race strategy and technology was crucial when developing our own products and strategies.

My job was to build brand awareness for RaceNote within the racing community. I did that through Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, social media marketing, and content creation.

As an intern for the Greater Omaha Chamber, I influenced how the Omaha Chamber perceived the city of Omaha. My economic report opened the eyes of many business leaders in the community and directed some of the initiatives taken by the Omaha Chamber in their Prosper Omaha campaign. My internship was split into two different sections. One worked with the Greater Omaha Young Professionals and the other worked with Entrepreneurship and Innovation. In the GOYP section, I focused on communications. Compiling stories, writing the newsletter and developing a social media strategy were all part of the job description. For E&I, I assisted with coordinating events, compiling data, and running social media.
